In Marrakesh built resort Mandarin Oriental


Mandarin Oriental is building a new luxury resort in Africa, in Morocco property. In the vast compound in Marrakesh hotel will be directly and individual residences.

The resort will take visitors only in 2009, but it already has a name - Mandarin Oriental Jnan Rahma. The area of more than 50 hectares of green territory and sandy beaches, surrounded by Atlas mountains. 45 villas will be known as solitary residence at Mandarin Oriental, and they can be purchased in partial ownership.

The architecture of the new complex will be mostly traditional Moroccan property - on the model of elegant palaces and houses of this ancient country. In colors will prevail protection typical of the region. Palm groves, olive trees and iv, fountains and swimming pools throughout the resort will create a cozy atmosphere and tranquility and solitude.

Each of the 145 guest rooms will be of at least 80 square meters, with a spacious terrace, ideal for a private dinner, or just quiet rest. All rooms will be located in four separate buildings, one built around the internal courtyard.

The hotel will have a restaurant with an open deck and a view of the mountains; spa center with a focus on rehabilitation and restoration of a complex organism, the special site for meditation. The guests will be provided with a large fitness center and pool, and one of the unique features spa center will be a large Turkish bath.
